Job Description:
· Pick up call from User
· Resolve User issue through phone
· Log INC ticket
· Follow through Service request
· Ensure end to end INC ticket
· Ensure end to end SR ticket
Shift hours:
Monday to Friday – Either 0730am to 0500pm OR 0900am to 0630pm
