Receptionist cum Administrator [Suntec / Administrative]

Success Resource Centre Pte. Ltd.

- Up to $3,700 + VB

- Mon– Fri: 8.40 am – 5.30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and phone system duties. Mailroom responsibilities such as franking of outgoing mails, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
  • Coordination with delivery agents and drivers for despatch services. Schedule and arrange local and international courier documents.
  • Manage room bookings, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Stock maintenance and monitoring of stationeries, copier papers, toners, bottled water, beverages, pantry supplies.
  • Renew quarterly car season parking for HODs.
  • Support in invoice processing for payment.
  • Assist with facilities management and office administration functions, including but not limited to:Pest Control Servicing
    Name Card Printing
    Corporate Mobile Line Contract Renewal for Staff
    General upkeep of office and maintenance of office equipment.
    Upkeeping of lightings and aircon.
  • Handle COO Travel Arrangements from booking of hotel accommodations, flight reservations to ground transportations as required.
  • Manage business travel and expense claims for COO.
  • Liaison with Building Management for Fire Evacuation Drill twice a year.
  • Leave cover when receptionist at Marina One office is on leave.

  • Mon– Fri: 8.40 am – 5.30 pm

Salary:

  • Up to $3,700 + VB

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently while adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Always maintain a professional and polished appearance
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Friendly and positive attitude towards guests and team members.
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to come back to office during weekend for office maintenance works, if needed (will be compensated)
