Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45 am to 3.45 pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
Fridays: 6.45 am to 3.15pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
Personnel’s scope of service as follows:
1 Administrative Functions
a. Maintain cleanliness in reception area
b. Manage, prepare and verify relevant documents e.g. maintain and update records, compile statistics, filing and drafting/replying to correspondences, etc
c. Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by Administration Mangerand School Leaders
2 Reception Duties
a. To manage counter services & enquiries
b. Attend to phone calls
c. Attend to incoming parcels or mails (emails), including receiving deliveries and informing or distributing to relevant parties
d. Manage enquiries and liaise with various parties such as parents, teachers, vendors etc.
e. Attend to unwell students at ‘sick bay’ and follow-up with the teacher in charge/parents till they are back to class/home
f. Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc.) and students requiring assistance at the General office.
Qualification,Skill & Experience
1.G.C.E ‘O’ Level
2.Pleasant, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
3.Able to multi-task and work independently.
4.Preferably able to communicate fluently in both English And Mandarin/Chinese will be an advantage as School isan SAP school.
5.Knowledge of MS office
6.Preferably with 2 years of experience in administration work and customer service.
7.Candidates who are trained in First Aid will have an advantage.
