- Leading a team of lift technicians, you will manage the general lift matters of the Town Council such as ensuring the smooth operations of the lifts, planning for upgrading, general repair and maintenance of the lifts and managing queries related to the lift.
- You will be responsible to attending to breakdowns; troubleshooting equipment faults and ferrying out preventive/ corrective actions and to perform inspection and testing of lifts.
- You will supervise contractors whenever necessary to carry out upgrading or improvement works.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates in Engineering or Facilities Management can be considered
- Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
- Ability to work independently
- 5.25 work week, half day on alternate Saturday
