Core Responsibilities:
- Lead operations team to achieve KPIs (HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
- Enhance team capabilities for consistent, year-on-year improvement.
- Drive HSE performance and foster a safety culture.
- Achieve operational results through effective resource deployment.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance for equipment availability.
- Manage processes: headcount planning, skillset determination, hiring, development, continuity, and succession planning.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team culture.
Other Information:
- 5-10 years of operations experience in MRO aerospace industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, results focus, change management skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication and executive reporting skills.
