Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, laboratory and diagnostic imaging tests, result reviews, and preparation of health reports for detailed client evaluations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
- Mentor, train, and supervise nursing and administrative staff to maintain high standards of medical care and operations.
- Promote the clinic through various channels, such as radio interviews, medical talks, and promotional videos, in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team.
- Actively participate in digital marketing campaigns and help build the clinic’s brand presence.
- Take part in financial planning, budgeting, and profit & loss (P&L) deliberations.
- Approve purchases for medical supplies, including vaccines, supplements, and consumables to ensure adequate stock levels.
Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or M.B.B.S.
- Valid Practicing License and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Malpractice Indemnity Cover (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-graduation clinical experience.
- Previous experience as a General Practitioner or Family Physician.
- Health screening experience preferred.
