This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Support of School’s Operations.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Ang Mo Kio.
Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: for a further period of 12 months
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Thursdays : 11:00am to 8:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
- Fridays : 11:00am to 7:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
- Saturdays : 8:00am to 12:00pm, personnel are subjected to perform rostered Saturday duty.
OR
- Mondays to Thursdays : 6:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break.
- Fridays : 6:00am to 2:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break.
- Saturdays : 8:00am to 12:00pm, personne is subjected to perform rostered Saturday duty.
- Service not required on Sundays and gazette public holidays.
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- Able to carry out manual work including carrying tables, chairs etc.
- General cleaning duties for classrooms, special rooms, school field etc
- Traffic warden, security duties, able to carry out minor repairs, DIY and assist the school to supervise term contractors when necessary.
- Able to perform shift duty.
Any other duties as assigned by the school.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Pass in PSLE or its equivalent.
- At least three years of working experience in school operations.
- Medically fit.
- Ability to understand and communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
- Good team player who is resourceful and has a high level of initiative.
