Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

· Modeling, Projections / Forecasting, Business Analysis & Business Intelligence, Investor relations

· Consolidation of quarterly accounts - Prepare consolidated accounts for management or stakeholders

· Audit and tax compliance - Work with auditors and tax agents and ensure compliance

· Compliance to rules and regulations - Ensure regulatory requirements is met for the entire group

· Workflow management - Review and redesign internal processes within the team due to organization changes

· Data collection and compliance - Required by Management, consolidate data from yvarious sources for management

· Chargebacks resolutions – Review chargebacks, pre-empt chargebacks and report to authorities for fraud scams

· Balance sheet optimization: recommend and implement best practices for optimizing the company's balance sheet including FX hedging, interest rate hedging, cash management etc.

· Review and monitor the Group’s financial performance against budget.

· Prepare / Review Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management/Board.

· Review of quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing for the Group.

· Prepare annual audited financial statements.

· Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each level of staff able to perform their tasks at an optimal level.

· Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.

· Review contractual documents and liaise with lawyers as and when required.

· Support management in business review, analysis, monitoring and business feedback in local markets, competitive forces and niches

· Cash flow control and forecasting

· To develop Finance Polices and procedures.

· To oversee the Finance Operations and provide financial planning and analysis to the Management. To assist the Management in any adhoc projects.


Requirements:

  • Education – Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Experience – 5 years of experience in similar role
  • Supervisory – Yes
  • Computing – Advanced MS Office, spreadsheets, accounting software
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships
  • Principles of Accounting — Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
