Job description
- Meeting the Sales Goals, Target, Negotiation, and Selling to Customer Needs - Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for HORECA business.
- Achieve sales target, product mix, and meet All KPIs
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
- Developing and executing direct sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and
- SKUs, especially for hotel and restaurant
- Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
- Submit sales plans and prepare a counter plan to reach nominated targets
- Ensuring timely collection of account receivable
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of sales experience in HORECA
- Possess a strong network and contact with HORECA, especially with hotels & restaurants in Singapore
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English - Ability to lead, multi-task, and negotiate throughout the role - Work experience in a start-up is highly preferred.
- Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word)
