JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage,
- Process LTA MRT, PUB pipeline & Private projects’ claims to Clients,
- Prepare tenders and quotations, do quotation sourcing, cost comparisons and evaluation, submit variations claims, certify subcontractors’ payments, procurement of project PBs and insurances,
- Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/ Higher Management.
- Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Environmental Engineering,
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ working experience in Contractor firms,
- Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines,
- Able to work alternate Saturdays,
- Possess good and positive attitude.
