Job Scope
- Handle full spectrum of the HR function.
- Handle payroll process (headcount 150- 200), employee tax matters.
- Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
- Process work passes application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
- Arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
- Stationery and office maintenance.
- Ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detailed, meticulous with good organization skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
- 5.5 working days (Alternate Saturday)
