Customer Service Executive (Import/ Export/ Customs))

Location:

Central - 5 mins walk from Chinatown MRT

5-day work week


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process shipping documentation, including import/export documents and Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring and timely and efficient logistics.
  • Liaise with agents, customers, and transporters, to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues.
  • Handle permit declaration, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and timely submission to clients.
  • Manage Debit and Credit Notes, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in import/export, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
