Responsibilities:
- Manage and process shipping documentation, including import/export documents and Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring and timely and efficient logistics.
- Liaise with agents, customers, and transporters, to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues.
- Handle permit declaration, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and timely submission to clients.
- Manage Debit and Credit Notes, ensuring accurate financial records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in import/export, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
