Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers (Member's Lounge)
- Experience in wine and cocktails preparation and handling
- Involve in basic food preparation and duties (Mainly bar snacks)
- Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases
- Addresses member and guest complaints and feedback and advises duty manager on corrective actions taken
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail
- Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste notes) or classic cocktail recipes and preparation
- Keen learner, self-motivated, independent and able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Good presentation skills and an eye for detail
- Experience in back-of-house operations is a plus
- Food Safety Certification is a MUST
