Job Description:
- Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
- Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
- Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
- Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
- Perform other purchasing duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
- Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
- Good coordination and communication skills
