Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
Set clear sales goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Sales Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Promote a customer-focused culture within the team.
Inventory Management:
Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Analyze sales data to forecast inventory needs and trends.
Visual Merchandising:
Oversee product presentation and store layout to maximize sales.
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
