Main Tasks and Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of bank strategies and policies
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the bank's strategic objectives
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize risks
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure the bank adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports
- Represent the bank in meetings, conferences, and industry events
Job Requirements
- Master degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or Economy
- Possess over 20 years of managerial expereience in the banking industry
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
- Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
