We're looking for an exceptional Finance & Operations Manager to join us in a fixed-term contract position to support a maternity leave cover with a full range of finance, accounting and operations practices. This role will start full-time from Nov 18, 2024 - May 09, 2025.
Role
· Finance Operations Manager to support EVERSANA’s Asia-Pacific operations
Responsibilities covering Finance and Operations:
· Accounting, Tax, Audit, statutory filing for entities
· Financial Planning and Analysis for APAC business
· Responsibility for APAC Management Reporting and Consolidation across APAC entities
· Responsible for custom MIS analysis and reporting.
· Responsible for supporting forecasting and budgeting exercise
· Prepare consolidation statements for holding company reporting/intercompany reporting, AR/AP/WC reporting
· Support AP/AR process: prepare, send customer invoices; send reminders to ensure timely payments
· Support online banking processes across entities
· Responsible for contracting processes for clients and vendors
. Responsible for staffing and resource management and other operational tasks
Requirements
· 6 to 8 years of experience as a Finance or Accounting
· Experience in D365
· Proven experience in Accounting Standards: GAAP and IFRS.
· Proven experience in Singapore Tax, Accounting and Audit requirements
· Proven experience in multiple country/multiple entity consolidation reporting
· Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities
· Experience with Accounting Software
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· CPA/ACCA/CA qualification is an advantage
