The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in fulfilling customer orders and needs. He or She has to establish a good rapport with customers and internally amongst co-workers.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and emails.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes.
- Follow-up and respond promptly on customers' enquires.
- Work closely with vendors such as Warehouse, Transporters, Shipping agents to resolve customers' issues.
- Assist with generating daily invoices.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding AR.
- Provide Administrative support to the Sales.
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage
