Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Building Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in the building maintenance services. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for individuals who excel in inspection, maintenance and repair, ensuring smooth building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide building maintenance, repair and services, in compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations. Execute preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting of M&E systems. Perform routine inspection on M&E fixtures and fittings, cooling towers and chillers. Report on irregularities and attend to fault reporting, breakdown and service requests. Maintain maintenance logs and schedules. Supervise contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.
Qualifications:
· NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or related discipline
· Minimum 2 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance
· Proven experience in building, mechanical & electrical systems
· Self-motivated and Service-oriented
· Willing to work on rotating shift
