2) Training and certifications of site workers
3) On boarding & repatriation of foreign workers
4) Handling welfare and employee/worker issues
5) Handling employee/worker leave issues
6) Levy waiver applications
7) Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or Singapore Foreign Employment Act
8) Able to work in a team
9) Has a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
10) Good communication skills, both written and verbal
