  1. Customer Service:Greeting customers as they enter the establishment.
    Assisting customers with menu selections.
    Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    Providing recommendations and upselling additional items or specials.
  2. Food Preparation and Serving:Preparing and assembling food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
    Ensuring food items are cooked, plated, and served in a timely manner.
    Handling and serving food and beverages safely and hygienically.
    Packaging takeout orders and ensuring they are complete and accurate.
  3. Cleaning and Maintenance:Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
    Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors regularly to maintain cleanliness.
    Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
    Restocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed.
    Emptying trash bins and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms.
  4. Cash Handling and POS Operations:Operating cash registers or POS systems to process customer payments.
    Handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment accurately.
    Counting and reconciling cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
    Issuing receipts and providing change to customers.
  5. Teamwork and Collaboration:Working closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service.
    Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns.
    Assisting other team members as needed during busy periods or to cover breaks.
  6. Compliance and Safety:Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
    Following proper procedures for handling and storing food products.
    Complying with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling hazardous materials.
    Participating in training sessions on food safety, customer service, and other relevant topics as required by management.
