This advertisement is for recruiting the position of Operations Support Officer.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Bukit Batok.
Contract Period: From 01 Nov 2024 to 31 Oct 2025 (Period of 1 year)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Thursdays : 6:00am to 3:00 pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break.
- Fridays : 6:00am to 2:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays and School Closures
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- Opening of the school early in the morning at 6:00am.
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc.
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors.
- Cleaning of rooms.
- Clearing of waste bins.
- Any other operational support as required by Operations Manager.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Secondary school education.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to converse in English and interpersonal skills.
- Good team players.
- Preferably staying in the west.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where under pressure.
- Candidates to have at least 3 years’ experience working in a local environment.
