Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
- Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
- Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications:
- Business level proficiency (eg. JLPT N1 or equivalent) in JAPANESE to support hiring in Japan.
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
- Ability to contribute efficiently with excellent data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
- With 1+ years of international sourcing experience, preferably related to operational or product manager roles in internet companies is plus.
