- To provide excellent service
- Proactive and highly responsive to guests’ needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Can lead and train full time and part-timers on duty
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure service counters / tables are presentable at all times
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Responsible for closing out the cash register or POS system at the end of their shift
