Job Responsibilities
- Assist to conduct new vehicle delivery process for customers
- Confirm appointment for delivery with customers and ensure efficient and smooth delivery process
- Conduct pre-delivery checklist and ensure vehicle is ready for delivery
- Coordinate with PDI centre on deliveries and arrange for rectification if any and follow up
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, warranty, and service schedules to customers
- Explain delivery documents and ensure they are completed, signed, and filed accordingly
- Assist customer to make appointment for first servicing
- Ensure consistent customer service is provided throughout the delivery process
Job Requirements
- Minimum A Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Hospitality/ Retail or other equivalent discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Relevant customer service experiences, Retail or Automotive industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Possess Class 3 driving license would be a plus
