Job Duties:
- Verify financial claims and where necessary determine the documents that will be required for the assessment of the claims.
- Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims.
- Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
- Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Holders
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant experience in claims processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
