about the job:
IT Helpdesk is responsible for supporting all Level 1 helpdesk enquiry, Microsoft Troubleshooting, hardware and software issues.
skills and experience required:
Software Support:
- Solving user's applications problems such as Office365, messaging, etc
- Problems accessing to network resources Administration
- Familiarisation Training for users on standard applications on one-on-one basis during helpdesk service
- Software upgrade: Sourcing of new software & Installation of new software
Hardware Support:
- Solving user's PC and printing problems.
- Administration
- Inventory control on a half-yearly basis
- PC tuning
- Training for users on hardware usage
- Hardware upgrade: Sourcing of new hardware, Installation of new hardware
