Brief Responsibilities (To be discussed in depth during interview)
(a) Ensure monthly key performance indicators are met.
(b) Preparation of documents for grant submission.
(c) Planning and management of fundraising events.
(d) To oversee and ensure the smooth operation of weekly classes.
(e) To oversee the conduct house visits and distribution of food ration whenever required.
(f) Able to work overtime.
(g) Create and maintain partnership ties with all corporate and individual donors. Ensure that the programs are carried out on SDGs and create impact with GRI which could be beneficial to the corporate donor.
(h) Prepare a monthly consolidation and weekly reporting to be sent to Vice Chairman and Chairman the board members. Weekly report to be submitted every Friday and monthly report to be submitted by end of the month to the board members.
