You will provide administrative support to the medical and secretarial staff of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Your administrative duties will include typing, filing and photocopying of medical reports and other official documents, coordinating meetings and taking minutes, as well as arranging the logistics for doctors’ overseas conferences. In addition, you will assist the doctors in projects management, coordinate their undergraduate teachings and weekly educational activities, and help in other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, independent, resourceful and mature
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
