Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to the team, offering strategic financial insights and support to drive the company's global manufacturing and trading operations, particularly in export markets.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for various products and markets to identify growth opportunities and assess profitability. Evaluate the financial impact of business activities and potential new product launches.
- Collaborate with business leaders to monitor performance metrics, sales pipelines, and client profitability, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Perform monthly financial reviews to understand key drivers and risks, particularly related to sales and distribution costs. Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
- Oversee customer contracts and work with legal and business teams to manage sales targets and incentive programs. Ensure all sales regions, including Singapore, comply with governance standards.
- Utilize tools like Tableau to analyze business performance and manage risks. Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and business projects.
- Manage financial processes, including inter-company billing and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Coordinate with auditors, providing necessary documentation and addressing any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance roles within MNC Companies, At least 5 years of experience in finance roles within MNC Companies, working with various stakeholders of different levels.
- Experience in manufacturing and export sectors preferred.
- Advanced skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask.
- Familiarity with risk management and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to relocate and be based in the US.
