We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
· Provide Administrative support to our office (Quotations of Products, responding to queries emails, etc)
· Typing of product labels and relaying of orders from Business Clients to Kitchen.
· Preparation of ISO/HACCP and Halal Certification documents
· Purchasing of inventory/ Ingredients from suppliers
· Receiving of Goods and directing delivery man for storage of goods
· Process Delivery order/ Invoices (If needed)
Requirements
· Good Organization skills and Attention to detail
· Independent Team player
· Able to commit to a 5 Days work week (9 am to 6 pm)
· Experienced/Non-experienced applicants are welcomed
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills (English)
