Responsibilities
Equipped with prior contracts management experience ideally in the energy trading/oil and gas sector, you will be responsible for the lifeline of the organization in terms of generating and negotiating contractual terms.
The team members will work closely with you via a pooled system to tackle various negotiations and bespoke contractual terms from the commercial teams. You are ideally someone who can preempt implications of a contractual change on prior or subsequent clauses and its direct/indirect impact on the business.
Requirements
It is helpful if you bring some form of legal training under your belt on top of contracts management experience for at least 5 years. This is a dynamic and fast moving environment with substantial volume hence someone who can handle the rigor will be more likely to succeed and sustain in this role.
