Location: Central Singapore (Contract till April 2025)
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Functional relationships: Close working relationship with Talent Manager, Talent Executive, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Accounts Executive, Accounts Officer.
Main Tasks: Payroll Function
1) Monthly full set payroll including submission of CPF (3 entities with current headcount of about 330);
2) Payroll reports;
3) Support yearly salary review and bonus process;
4) Employee income tax filing - Yearly IR8E / Tax clearance – IR21 5) Filing of Childcare, Maternity, NS, SDL etc claims;
6) Government surveys;
7) Compensation analysis matters and
8) Ad hoc compensation related matters
Accounting Function
1) Corporate card related matters;
2) Review employee claims;
3) Statutory reporting on payroll related items (e.g.: annual leave accrual, bonus accrual, etc); and
4) Ad hoc accounting matters
Qualification
1) Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy with knowledge of human resources regulations is preferred.

System and software knowledge
SAP, TIMES, HR2, SAP SuccessFactors, iManage, Chrome River. Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel. Excel is a must and preferably at the advanced level. This position requires to use a lot of excel formulas such as pivot tables, Lookup and reference functions, IF and IFS functions, logical functions, Statistical functions etc.
