- To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project
- Monitor and implement the Quality Management System (QMS), including the Project Quality Plan, procedures, and other documents
- Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available
- Prepare monthly QAQC reports
- Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
- Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and inspection techniques
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in a similar role
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
