About the role:
● Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
● Lead project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to ensure successful project delivery, through effective communication among stakeholders.
● Create, maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
● Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and senior management.
● Oversee the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.
● Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
● Analyze project outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
● Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
● Develop business opportunities based on the identified key offers (solicited/ unsolicited) in the target market.
● Manage tender processes, work with key stakeholders (external and internal) to establish technical capabilities, cost model, legal compliance and secure the contract.
● Secure long term service contracts and achieve organisation KPIs.
● Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers’ activities development.
● Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.
About you:
● Degree in Engineering, or equivalent, with minimum five (5) years proven track record in project and business development in industrial & manufacturing services.
● Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
● Proven track record in selling industrial services (Water or Energy) with pharmaceutical industry, Micro-Electronics or Speciality Chemicals in the Singapore market context.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Familiar with the local environmental and related regulations.
● Experienced with onsite service solutions in particular related to Operation & Maintenance, as well as business models such as BOT, DBOM.
● Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Technical skills required to understand and propose solutions focusing on client requirements.
● Energetic, driven and goal oriented.
● This position may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
