International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. Qualifications
Job responsibilities
- Play a key role in developing APAC LCS export strategy and plans, lead the governance to ensure successful execution and progress (e.g., QBRs, opportunity sizing and strategic deep dives).
- Work with different APAC country stakeholders to define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for export topic.
- Establish strong business cadences that bring local leadership together to discuss key strategic priorities and advocate operational best practices and accuracy.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
- 7 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, and organizational information to strategies and plans.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working across APAC, especially in China and Japan.
- Experience in project management and execution.
- Experience with Go-To-Market or Sales Strategy Operations working in large corporations of HighTech, Advertisement, digital, or e-Commerce verticals.
- Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate and align multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluenty for interactions in Mandarin with the stakeholders in the Greater China region.
