- Daily routine check / repair of M&E equipment
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV / VRF Air-Conditioner is a must
- Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties
- Attend to Tenant’s request and complaints when assign by Property Supervisor
- Site supervision of work carried out by contractors
- To take up in any adhoc tasks when assigned
