Sales Admin (West / Pioneer / Up to 3,300 / 5 Days Work)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, Process and Follow up on Sales Orders.
  • Review customer’s requests and prepare quotation in response to customer enquiry.
  • Perform order entry duties accurately and in a timely basis.
  • Generate manufacturing documentation to manufacturing planning for creation of Production Order.
  • Review Delivery Orders to ensure error-free before goods delivery.
  • Update and maintain delivery schedule or re-schedule.
  • Update of Sales Order status.
  • Prepare weekly or periodic reports of compiled orders.
  • Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level
  • Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator or Shipping Assistant
  • Preferred with knowledge of SAP
  • Preferred with knowledge of Shipping process
  • Must be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Competence with Microsoft Office
  • Good personality and able to handle customer queries
