The candidate will lead the APJ regional benefits team. This role is responsible for executing the Global Benefits and Wellbeing strategy, offering regional insights, shaping global policies, and driving efficiency through AI and platform improvements.
The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant benefit delivery, oversee local broker relationships, manage regional budget planning and execution, and support mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they will lead a small team, foster their development, and work closely with the APJ People Leadership Team on strategic priorities and executive escalations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the execution of the Global Benefits and Wellbeing strategy across the APJ region
- Provide the Global Benefits Leadership Team with regional insights and help shape global policies while maintaining local relevance
- Drive efficiency improvements using AI and platform tools to enhance employee experience
- Partner with the Care and People Product Team to deliver a seamless end-to-end employee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compensation, FP&A, and Legal, to ensure compliance and smooth benefit delivery
- Support corporate development teams with due diligence and integration during mergers and acquisitions
- Manage broker relationships at the regional level and oversee the regional budget planning and execution process
- Foster team development by providing hands-on learning and career growth opportunities to direct reports, guiding them on benefit design, policies, and onboarding
- Handle stakeholder management in collaboration with the APJ People Leadership Team and manage executive escalations
- Execute with agility, adapting to shifting priorities to meet employee and business needs effectively
