The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in developing relationships with prospective local businesses while ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into VK Transformation’s sales pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the founder & senior leadership to execute business development strategy for VK Transformation, identifying and targeting high-potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs
- Out reach to key decision-makers in LinkedIn or any other platforms
- Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads and work closely with the founder/Lead Consultant, Snr Business Consultant and Digital Marketing Consultant to progress the leads into paying clients.
- Conduct digital audits and competitor analysis to develop effective digital marketing strategies
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Media & Communication, etc. with 1 year internship experience in digital marketing and/or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good consultative selling skills - Ability to approach, and convince decision-makers by listening to their business challenges and goals, and offering the right value-added solutions
- Ability to build strong connections and possess good followup to nurture the leads.
- Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A self-motivated, keen learner, willing to accept and take on new challenges
