Information:
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,000
Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
Working Location: Jurong /or Bukit Merah
Responsabilités:
- Attend to customer by greeting and professional manner when they arriving the service center.
- Scheduling customers' appointments and provide information regarding service options and pricing.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Lead customers to the waiting area and updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Assist vehicle check-in and out including documenting vehicle condition for them to acknowledge.
- Attend incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service reception area and lounge.
- Perform administrative such as filing service records, prepare invoices and processing payments.
- Liaise with team members to support overall departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level education
- Execellent customer service with customer facing experiences
- Experience in Service Center in Automobile environment is a plus.
