Job Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of operational processes in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- To lead the Retail Crew Team to maintain and improve the overall performance of the restaurant and kiosk including cost analysis, manpower management, equipment maintenance and monitoring of processes.
- To work closely with Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies and Promotion plans to successfully market the assigned brand portfolio to the desired audience.
- Conduct regular audit and manage the team and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and operating procedures.
- Customer Service:
- - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- - Develop and implement customer service standards.
- Menu Development:
- - Explore and develop new food items.
- - Ensure menus are appealing and meet customer preferences.
- - Oversee pricing strategies and portion control.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- - Develop and implement promotional activities.
- - Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
- - Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma holder with minimum 10 years of F&B experience, of which 3 years in operations management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective planning, management and organization skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
