- Working closely with the Head Chef, supporting in running the entire daily kitchen operations.
- Ensuring consistency in work performance, learn the full knowledge of the menus and recipes.
- Ensure quality control and food presentation as per standard company recipes.
- To ensure good hygiene and personal grooming standards, ensure working with safety for yourself and all fellow colleagues and adhere to Risk Management/safety practices.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- To assist in monthly inventory for the entire kitchen for the smooth running of daily restaurant operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Services or related field of study.
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Must be able to build teamwork and work with diverse people.
- Able to work for 6 working days.
