- Gather, comprehend, and analyze requirements.
- Conduct review and integration testing to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before transferring them to users for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate all reported issues and initiate necessary amendments and testing to ensure the system functions correctly and efficiently.
- Document all interactions, including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, deployment documents, and ERP system integration and interface documents, and publish reports as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to design, test, and develop localization and customization for Yonyou ERP and Cloud products.
- Plan and manage development resources and schedules.
- Address technical challenges during project delivery and document technical project details.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and technical solution presentations.
- Preferred Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Accounting, and Business Administration or any Enterprise Software-related major.
- Passionate in Business applications and cloud solutions, ERP experience is an advantage.
- Preferably familiar with SQL query and has experience in DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle will have an advantage.
- Required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Training will be provided.
