Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Manager in Training, you will work closely with our management team to learn the ins and outs of restaurant operations. You will receive hands-on training in various aspects of restaurant management, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Help manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales and labor costs.
- Address guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Looking for a career in F&B or interested in a career switch
- 1-year relevant experience in Fast Food or Quick Service restaurant
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills organizational and planning abilities
- Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the work shift
