- Answering incoming calls and replying email.
- Assist Technical Sales Manager with paperworks and followup
- Prepares full set document from quotation to invoicing using SAP B1
- Call/text to customer upon their confirmation on appointment.
- Electronic File Management
- Ensuring outstanding orders are cleared within time frame.
- Liaise with Operations for goods readiness & ensure prompt delivery of goods to customers
- Any other ad hoc or admin. duties as requested.
Requirements and skills
- 5 working days per week
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking clients promptly and ensure high levels of client servicing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, mainly Word & Excel
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Meticulous, Responsible and customer service-oriented person
- Possess a positive working attitude and is able to work in both in team and independently
- Candidates with no experience are also welcome as training will be provided
