We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and technically proficient professional to join our newly established audit technical team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise, advisory support, and compliance oversight to our auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Research and Consultations: Conduct research, write technical publications, and review, revise, and develop technical working paper templates and training materials. You will also coordinate, facilitate, and/or conduct technical training sessions.
- Training: Review and develop training programs, assess their effectiveness, coordinate and facilitate training sessions, and monitor the CPE hours accumulated by audit professionals.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in additional projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–6 years of audit experience, ideally with an international public accounting firm.
- Strong passion for technical specialisation and training.
