Job Responsibilities:
- Work with HOD to implement quick-win solutions identified for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HODs to conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop both short-term and long-term solutions for escalations.
- Work with various departments (Operations and Non-Operations) to address multi-faceted Operations BAU issues.
- Discuss and propose system/process enhancement requirements with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with the PMO as part of the operations transformation.
- Support the rollout of new large business initiatives and manage internal service transitions.
- Coordinate UAT within Operations and provide support for UAT execution, as needed.
- Assist HOD with escalations, enquiries, workflow mapping, tenders/RFPs, and other internal/external requests within set timelines, as well as ad-hoc matters.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- CGI and Health Insurance Certification preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications e.g. Strong Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn new skills/ knowledge.
- Meticulous with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skill.
- Strong analytical mind with good organizational & priority management skills.
- Good team player and service oriented.
- Experience with process workflow mapping is preferred.
- Ability to envision the end-goal in mind is preferred.
- Open to Senior Executive/Executive job title depends on experiences.
