Job Description
· To prepare and submit material and shop drawing to consultants for approval.
· Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
· To Monitor and supervisor work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meeting master program schedule.
· Work closely with the project manager and /or Engineer to prepare work method statement, Risk assessment and related documentation for the client when requested.
· Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
· Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
· Any other duties assigned
Requirements
· Related degree in M& E or Trade or related disciplines.
· Minimum 5 year experience for main contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects
· Strong in communication skill and speak good English
