Job Description:
- Lead the growth and expansion of Rxilient Medical products across the regional market.
- Conduct business development assessments, including identifying product opportunities and forecasting, to drive product growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement new product pipeline strategies, including pre-launch and launch strategies, and post-launch initiatives for sustained growth.
- Collaborate with Principals, Medical Manager, and Commercial team to develop a comprehensive product training plan.
- Formulate brand strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis, and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze research data and customer feedback to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Define and execute strategic marketing plans, including implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns, and regularly assess and measure their efficacy and success.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to map out the products' strategic goals, priorities, and plans.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the various product lines and collaborate with the clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
- Arrange and deliver training sessions to the local and regional distributors' field sales teams, ensuring they possess the necessary scientific and communication skills to achieve sales goals.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent).
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in product management and Dermatology portfolio within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on regional markets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product launch strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and insights.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
